The Calling Retreat with Gary Barkalow
January 8-10, 2010
What an awesome weekend! Thanks to all the men who attended and to Gary Barkalow for leading us deeper into our search for the Lord's call in our life! We had attendees from Richmond, Roanoke, Atlanta, Colorado, New York, Maryland and more!
Did you attend the event...have the desire to go deeper...or perhaps been invited to this message by someone...even found us by "accident?" Follow along as we revisit each session at the Piercing the Veil blog! Or visit Gary's site for additional resources, to sign up for his e-newsletter, or to keep a watchful eye out for new opportunities to spend time with him: The Noble Heart.

About Gary Barkalow
Gary has spent the last 7 years on the leadership team with Ransomed Heart Ministries and has been a speaker for this message based ministry whose mission is to recover the treasure of the Gospel, setting men and women free to live from the heart as God’s intimate allies. He recently started a new ministry, The Noble Heart, helping men and women understand their calling (their particular role in the Larger Story), which has been a topic of personal study for over twenty years.
Before joining Ransomed Heart, Gary was with Focus on the Family for nine years; first as the Director of Legislative and Cultural Affairs and later as the Director of Staff Development. Prior to his employment with Focus on the Family, Gary served as Vice President of the athletic branch of Campus Crusade for Christ, Athletes in Action. During his fifteen years with Athletes in Action, Gary performed gymnastic demonstration around the world, started several other sports divisions and developed A.I.A. ministries in Africa.
Gary and his wife, Leigh, reside in Colorado Springs with their four children. For more information about Gary and his ministry, visit The Noble Heart website.
